PULSE is a hospitality financial intelligence platform built by Barranco Partners, a restaurant group based in Montréal. We run the same restaurants, central kitchen, and catering arm that PULSE was designed for — so every module answers a question an operator actually has, on the floor or at the desk.

Why we built it

Running a multi-location group meant living between QuickBooks, a POS, spreadsheets, and a payroll system that never agreed with one another. PULSE connects them into one place so you always know your true cash position, food cost, and team status — without exporting a single CSV.
